LIAISON OFFICE ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE APPLICATION
Commercial activities in Turkey, and billing arrangements, establishment of liaison offices are forbidden, and provisions regarding the operation is linked to conditions in foreign direct investment law enforcement regulations.
The permit period for the liaison offices to work within the scope specified below is 5 years.
- Technical support
- Representation hospitality
- Suppliers control in terms of quality and standards in Turkey, audit and providing suppliers
- Communication and information transfer
The duration of authorization in the liaison offices to be used as regional headquarters is 10 years.
Foreign Capital General Directorate will be the liaison offices of the said company prior permission positive assessment of the application in Turkey are prohibited from engaging in activities listed above.
