1. Definite Work Permit

According to the International Labor Law No. 6735, which has entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 13/8/2016 and numbered 29800, the work permit application has been submitted to the foreigner in a certain workplace belonging to the real or legal person or public institution, provided that the work or service contract does not exceed the duration of the contract. or work in the same sector of the workplace in the first application, provided that a maximum of one year work permit is granted.

2. Indefinite Work Permit

Foreigners who have long-term residence permit or at least eight years of legal work permit in Turkey can apply for permission to work indefinitely. However, the application does not grant absolute rights to the foreigners.

3.Independent Work Permit

Foreigners professionals may be granted an independent work permit provided that the special conditions specified in other laws are met.

4.Turquoise Card

In line with international labor force policy; level of education, professional experience, science and technology contribution by operations in Turkey or investing in the country’s economy or providing employment within the International Labor Policy Advisory Board Turquoise Card is granted to foreigners who approved the application in accordance with the procedures and principles suggestions and determined by the Ministry.
