In case of ban on entry to Turkey or if a deportation decision was taken, foreigners who can’t leave Turkey, or their exit is not possible or reasonable.

According to Article 55 of Law No. 6458, foreigners who are not deported

Foreigners who are referred for judicial proceedings against the transactions made pursuant to articles 53, 72 and 77 of Law No. 6458,

To the relevant foreigners during the continuation of the applicant’s return to the first asylum country or safe third country,

Foreigners who can enter and stay in Turkey due to emergency reasons or national interests of protecting public order and public safety, with a residence permit granting obstacle who can’t apply for any other residence permit.

In exceptional cases, a foreigner may be granted a humanitarian residence permit.
