Foreigners who can apply for a Long-Term Residence Permit

Foreigners who are resident for at least eight uninterrupted years with a legal resident permit in Turkey or foreigners who meet Foreign Migration Policy conditions, A long-term residence permit can also be issued by the governorships with the approval of the Ministry.

Refugee, conditional refugee and secondary protection status holders and humanitarian residence permit holders are not entitled to a long-term residence permit.
