Foreigners who can apply for a Family Residence Permit

To his foreign spouse,

To his or her minor adult child,

A family residence permit can be issued to the dependent child of his or her spouse.

In case the foreigner who has applied for a family residence permit has more than one wife, only one of the spouses may have a family residence permit. However, all children of the foreigner may be granted a family residence permit.
